One 4 All Services started with a straightforward observation: strata managers spend too much time coordinating different contractors for different trades. One company for electrical, another for roofing, another for cleaning, another for tree work — each with their own quoting process, scheduling, and invoicing.
We set out to fix that. As a multi-trade maintenance company, we bring every service under one roof. When a strata manager calls us, they get one point of contact, one quote, one team on site, and one invoice. Whether the job needs an electrician, a roofer, and a cleaner — or just a handyman for a quick repair — we handle it all.
Based in Brisbane's inner west, we service strata complexes, commercial properties, and residential clients across the greater Brisbane region — from the Gold Coast to Moreton Bay.
